We read and reply to all feedback, aiming to reply to all emails in minutes rather than days or hours. Based on problems and suggestions, we’ve been tweaking and improving our service non-stop since our launch last week. We’ve made it easier for users to edit their yearbook entries; we’ve made our templates more customizable; we’ve increased the usability of the yearbook-joining process; and much more!
